Report for Friday, Nov 16th

This week’s Pop Quiz Theme, celebrities who own their own jet. However, it’s Friday and a twist, ALL of these celebrities own their own jet, but who has the most expensive jet, Oprah, Donald Trump, Bill Gates or Mark Cuban?

Movie Review Friday: And we start with Widows, about four women married to four criminals who are murdered, and the revenge the women set out to get. Meanwhile, the mob is after them too. Great performances by stars Robert Duvall, Colin Farrell, Liam Neeson, Michelle Rodriguez and Viola Davis. One of the best heist movies ever. (Rated R) – (2 Hours) – (3 Stars). … Now, Fantastic Beast. This is part of the Harry Potter collection and while Harry Potter’s story line and plot were solid and easy to follow, Fantastic Beasts script is disjointed. However, the special effects are fabulous, it’s like being in a 2 hour dream, a journey into fantasy. Johnny Depp, Eddie Redmayne and Jude Law are solid but again, it’s the effects of the wizards that make’s this film worth seeing. (PG-13) – (134 Minutes) – (2 ½ Stars). … And finally, Instant Family stars Mark Wahlberg and Rose Byrne as a couple who reluctantly decide to become foster parents. When they agree to fostering a teenage girl with a bad attitude, they learn her two younger siblings are part of the deal. It’s sappy, corny and over the top, but yet funny, family friendly and light enough that I recommend it. (PG-13) – (117 Minutes) – (3 Stars).

Answer – Bill Gates might be the richest, but his Bombardier BD 700 only carries 20 people and cost $40 million. Next, Oprah owns a Bombardier XRS that holds a few more people than Bill Gates’ and can fly higher and faster. It cost $42 million. Donald Trump and his 727 holds 100 and cost $100 million. But, the celebrity with the most expensive jet is, Mark Cuban and his Boeing 767 jumbo that could hold 200 people but custom to hold only 50 people and cost $142 million.
