Quick Movie and TV Review – First, opening Friday but in limited engagement, one of the best docu-dramas YOU WILL EVER SEE. I HATE sub-titles, but this is SOOO good, it’s worth sitting thru – The Rocket, from Laos, about the bravest boy you have ever seen. True story that GUARANTEES 2 handkerchiefs. 4 STARS!
TV review – Tim Tebow’s first sports commentating gig was before the National football Championship game. Tim was sharp, insightful, funny and when all the experts gave their predictions, Tim said Florida State would win, 35-31. It was 34-31! Only 1 point off.
Odds ands ends – It stinks, but the new Bachelor show is drawing huge ratings, biggest in three years. The 2 hour debut pulled a 8.5, still 3 million short of Downton Abby. TWO years ago Justin Bieber’s concert movie, “Never Say Never”, did 73 million bucks. His new concert movie, “Believe”, has done 5 million bucks. I can hear the fat lady – loud and clear.
