Report for Wednesday, Aug 23rd

I guess you could call this a love nugget, but I was shocked while watching a Little League World Series game that broke for commercial and it was a man and woman in bed and the man saying, “I am now a better lover, I no longer cross the finish line first.” And that’s when his wife pipped in with “Now I finish first.” They were pimping the product promescent spray. This commercial at 3P.M. between innings of a Little League World Series game. … You think that’s weird, Jennifer Aniston admits she’s obsessed with looking young, admits she has tried everything, including a salmon sperm facial! I don’t make this stuff up.

Speaking of marriages and with Britney Spears, Tom Brady and others getting divorces, I am reminded that the biggest celebrity divorce settlement that is still being paid off is $750 million between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren.

Odds and Ends: Congratulations to Bradley Cooper, sober 19 years today. Good job. … Scoopage, is it true there has been a change of heart, Alec Baldwin will be charged with manslaughter in the Rust movie shooting. … Celebrity Jeopardy will air September 27th and while we don’t know who the contestants will be, we do know Mayim Bialik, a member of the writers guild union, has declined. Ken Jennings will host instead, saying he has never belonged to a union. No problem.

TV Tonight: If you watch the Republican Presidential Debate note that when a candidate goes over the time limit, you will hear a bell like a hotel bell you hit for service. In the past the sound was like a doorbell, however organizers changed it because the doorbell caused dogs to bark in houses all over the country where being watched! Talk about trivia! … For you gamblers, there’s an over/under wager on how much Donald Trump will weigh tomorrow at his booking at the Fulton County jail. The digit is 273.5 pounds. I’m taking the over.

The NFL is almost here, but who will be the Super Bowl entertainment? So far, Lizzo, Paul McCartney, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Kanye West, Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga have all passed.
