However, if they do, SAG swears to stay out forever! … By the way, Sylvester Stallone is getting blasted by the Screen Actors Guild for his heavy promoting of his movies, TV and other projects at the Toronto Film Festival. Scab! Television Reality actors are trying to unionize, but are having trouble organizing. When a show finds out they are talking to the union, they just don’t use them.
Sports Shorts: In 2010, former USC running back Reggie Bush was stripped of his Heisman Trophy because the NCAA governing body said Bush and his family excepted almost $300,000 in gifts in a pay for play deal at USC. Now 13 years later, Bush is suing the NCAA for defamation. While I can’t stand the NCAA, Reggie Bush broke the rules, boosters even bought his parents a house in San Diego! I was covering USC back then, and it was ugly! Poor USC was sanctioned for four years, hundreds of athletes lost their scholarships and the coach, Pete Carroll who had to know what was going on escaped one step ahead of the posse, fled USC to the Seattle Seahawks. To me, the real villain in this is Pete Carroll and I expect Reggie will lose this battle!
