There are two movies out today that hope to dethrone Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, but they won’t. But first, a reminder. Just because I like a movie doesn’t mean you’ll like. it Same true, Just because I don’t like a movie doesn’t mean you’ll also dislike it. With that said, I wouldn’t pay to see either of the two movies that are dropping today. The First Omen and Monkey Man. I see them free, it’s my job, however, both my son and sister can’t wait to pay and see them! But that’s what makes movies so great! Different strokes for different folks.
The First Omen is part of the franchise and the acting is strong, I was especially impressed by Nell Tiger Free who you might remember from TV’s Game Of Thrones! Her acting alone is worth the ticket. The movie itself is gruesome, disturbing and creepy! If you are interested in who the mother of the Anti-Christ is, this movie is for you (Rated R) – (2 Hours). … Next is Monkey Man. Bloody, brutal and depressing. The story takes revenge to another level and you will cheer our hero on as he gets even. Director Dev Patel is also the main star and is fabulous at both. You might remember him from Slumdog Millionaire. Complex and deep (Rated R) (Under 2 Hours).
