Movie News: So when I was 17 years old, just moved from Hawaii to Los Angeles and quit High School, I booked concerts, Sonny-Cher, The Grassroots, Eric Burdon and War, Moody Blues and a lot other bands thru a good friend at Associate Booking. Last week I noticed that Paul Giamatti was starring in the biopic called, Beyond Compton, about the Godfather of Rap music who discovered everybody from Tupac Shakur, Suge Knight Snoop Dogg and most other big rappers. The guy Gaimatti plays is Jerry Heller! What? That’s the same guy I booked those concerts with all those years ago! I called Jerry last week and we got caught up after decades. Jerry Heller!
