Odds and Ends: With women expected to be coming out of the woodwork to sue Charlie Sheen for that HIV fiasco, Charlie may need some money, and has sold his LA home for 6.6 million dollars. He bought it 4 years ago for 7 million, Like I said, I think Charlie’s going to need some cash.
Sports Shorts: So far I am 4-4 in picking the NFL Play-offs, and my picks this week are KC, Denver, Green Bay and Carolina. Go Big or Go Home. … I haven’t talked at all about the St. Louis Rams moving back, let me just say, nobody here in Los Angeles asked the NFL or anybody for a team to move here. It’s been 21 years, and during the NFL season we go to the beach, have picnics, drive to Vegas, Disneyland, we have not missed having an NFL team. And while the stadium they plan to build will be state of the art, mark my words, if the Rams suck here like they did in St. Louis, nobody will go watch them.
Which leads me to a great Los Angeles Times headline. Remember there are a lot of different names for the animal – the Ram. Above the story that the Rams are coming back to Los Angeles, Time’s headline screams, “Ewe-Turn.”
