Haven’t had any Don’t You Know Who I am’s for months, and what do you know, had one last week and have another one today. This 50 year old woman, looking about 6o, shows up at Gladstones for fish on Pacific Coast Highway, right on the water in Malibu with 3 friends and wants to be seated immediately. After talking to folks working on the current production, I am really excited about The Sister Brothers. This will be a cult classic, a very dark, very funny western starring John C. Reilly and Joaquin Phoenix who are the hilarious blood thirsty Sister Brothers and Jake Gyllenhaal who is just one of the many in their crosshairs of these assassins who make their way through the Oregon Gold Rush in the 1800’s. The film will be out Labor Day.
