TV News: Get ready for the latest Yellowstone prequel following 1883. This one is called 1923 and stars Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren as the current Dutton family! Debuts December 18th on Paramount+. And it’s a perfect segue for one of my favorite Harrison Ford stories. Harrison and Calista Flockhart had just got their baby and they were late for a brunch at Robert De Niro’s, Calista told Harrison you don’t have time to shower were already late, you have to go to the store, we’re out of diapers. So Harrison made a diaper run, running down 10 flights of stairs and ran 5 blocks to Walgreens then frantically asking the clerk where were the diaper aisle was. But just minutes later Harrison soon returned to the clerk and said, “Excuse me, I needed baby diapers, you sent me to the adult diaper aisle!” Clerk said, “Well you were sweating, you were in a hurry, thought they were for you!” Harrison being Harrison just laughed, great guy. … Scarlett Johansson has signed to star in her first lead in a TV series, on Amazon, called Just Cause. It’s from a novel that was a 1955 movie. Scarlett plays a reporter covering a death row inmate when she finds evidence that the guy is innocent.
Movie News: Will Smith’s latest movie, Emancipation, opens tomorrow! Will is hoping the Oscar slap doesn’t hurt him at the box office! It’s the best movie he’s even done and needs to do some damage control. We will wait and see. I think it will be big.
