Television News: A History of the World in 6 Glasses is a new show that is the buzz of Hollywood. It is a comedy documentary that tells the story of the history on beer, spirits, coffee, tea and sodas. It is set in a bar and features Saturday Night Live alums discussing the origin of the beverages with Dan Aykroyd holding court as the bar tender while discussing it with Jim Belushi, Kevin Nealon, George Wendt, Jon Lovitz and others. Only 6 episodes, coming this summer. (Oddly enough on Fox Nation).

Super Bowl Stuff: Super Bowl One was in L.A. I was there and despite the official attendance announced as 61.948, that’s just plain poppycock. The L.A. Coliseum holds 101,000, and it was less than half full for that game. The Friday before the game, some 7/11 stores were selling Super Bowl tickets for, ready, $5! More Super Bowl stuff, Two little known facts about the quarterbacks. Philadelphia’s Jalen Hurst says his all time favorite quarterback is Averion Hurst, his older brother who played at Texas Southern! Kansas City’s Patrick Mahomes all time favorite athlete is, Alex Rodrigues, well that’s disappointing!
