TV News: I was shocked after seeing the Top 10 most watched TV shows the week ending August 8th. Let me share #10 The Young and the Restless, #9 FBI, #8 One of my favorites, Big Brother, #7 The Today Show from Paris, #6 Here is the shocker, Jesse Watters on Fox News, #5 60 Minutes, #4 CBS Nightly news with Norah O’Donnell who just got fired (despite being #4) #3 ABC Nightly News with David Muir, #2 NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, and no surprise #1 The Olympics. However very surprised #1 Olympics only had 7 million more viewers than #2!
One more TV Note, Kelly Ripa may seem like the all American sweetie, but what a jerk. She was awarded the Disney Legend Award, but doesn’t mention or thank Regis Philbin who got her her job, or Producer Michael Gilman who saved her job and both worked on the same show with her for over 20 years.
