Love Nuggets: Three months ago when the story broke of trouble in paradise between Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, Gisele said she was stepping away from modeling to work on their marriage. On Tuesday, Tom and Gisele made a joint statement that there was no cheating, but they have just grown apart. Yesterday, Gisele announced she is throwing herself back into her modeling career full time. To me, sounds like it’s over. … When Justin Bieber and Hailey first met and there were sparks, Hailey insisted and Justin agreed, he would break-up with Selena Gomez before they started their relationship. Wow, that just never happens in Hollywood. I say good for them.

Personal Note: With one of my closest friends just being diagnosed with breast cancer, as has Katie Couric and rumors of the same for NFL Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw, I’m thinking instead of forgiving $400 billion for student loans, wouldn’t spending that $400 billion to cure cancer be better spent? But hey, that’s just me. … One more health nugget, Barbara Walters is suffering from serious final stages of dementia, much the same as Jack Nicholson. We wish all of these folks well!
