On January 24th is a new HBO series, The Gilded Age, set in 1882 New York City around a rich high society family with a young black sheep girl played by Cynthia Nixon, who tries everything to embarrass them and bring them down. Sort of a American Downton Abbey with attitude.
And on February 4th the fabulous, Inventing Anna. About a German heiress who uses social media to steal millions from the rich New York snooty cream of the crop. And F.Y.I. it stars Julia Garner from Ozark.
Odds and Ends: Keanu Reeves is one of the really good guys in Hollywood and having made over $300 million says he’s never worked a day in his life and wants to give back. Keanu has given away millions of dollars from kids scholarships to retirement homes, lots of rolexes to staff and crew, Make A Wish and other charities.
