Regarding the Volcano blowing up and earthquakes back home in Hawaii, I use to live in Pahoa and that is scary stuff. I’ve been in 5 huge earthquakes, including the Northridge quake in SoCal in 1994 that killed 57 people, injured thousands. If you’ve never been in a huge earthquake, you hear it before you feel it, and it sounds like huge rocks in a cloths dryer, hear that and run for cover.
