By the way, we now know all the presenters Sunday night. Just added are Michael Keaton, Bad Bunny, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jennifer Lawrence, Octavia Spencer and there could be a big surprise. Oh I’m hearing while Jimmy Kimmel will be host Sunday, is it true Kimmel will be leaving his late night talk show permanently soon. Scoop on that next week. … That reminds me, don’t know why but there will be a lot of extra security for the Oscars including Homeland Security bomb sniffing dogs. Well a lot of the movies were bombs!
I remember the grand old days of the Lakers first with Magic Johnson then Koby Bryant, and back then the Lakers were the place to be. I can remember seeing Jack Nicholson, Denzel Washington, Will Ferrell, Justin Timberlake, Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt. Today the Lakers are in 10th place and over the weekend the PA announcer was bragging, “Look at the stars here to cheer on their Lakers, Jay Mohr, Corey Gamble and Lil Wayne.” I’ve seen bigger starts than that in Costco’s!
