Report for Monday, Feb 8th

Let’s clean up the Super Bowl stuff. Most important, my favorite commercials, #5 Dolly Parton’s spots about a website, #4 Matthew McConaughey’s 3-D Doritos spot, #3 Amazon’s Alex’s body, #2 The Night Before Super Bowl spot with Terry Bradshaw, both Peyton and Eli Manning, Troy Aikman, Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Deion Sanders and Jerome ‘“The Bus” Betus all selling Doritos, and my favorite commercial hands down, #1 Wayne’s World and Cardi B, hawking Uber Eats. … As for the game, lost a few bucks, very disappointing. Really thought the Chiefs would win, but congratulations, Brady is the G.O.A.T. The Chiefs didn’t make it easy, but they pulled it off. Hate to see the end of football season.

Hot Love Nuggets: Another couple close to marriage, Katie Holmes and Emilio Vitolo, owner and Chef of N.Y.’s greatest restaurant, Emilio’s Ballato. And regular diners include Steve Martin, Denzel Washington, Jon Bon Jovi, Rihanna and Bono. … No love department, Armie Hammer has been dumped by his manager, agent, publicist and literally every movie project he was attached as another woman has come forward saying Hammer texted her about his dream that was to rape and eat the flesh of a woman. Prediction, we will never see Armie Hammer in a movie again. … On a happier note, I’m hearing Green Bay Packer Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley’s quick engagement after a two month romance is because she’s pregnant.

Everybody is talking about the four part HBO docu-series, Allen v. Farrow. Accusations that in 1992 Woody Allen sexually molested his 7 year old daughter, Dylan. Producers are promising more new shocking facts about Woody. But here’s some scoopage, Woody Allen was a regular guest of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex parties that involved minors.

Odds and Ends: Do as I say, not as I do department, while Oprah, Alex Rodriguez, Mark Cuban, Bruce Springsteen and Serena Williams are for tough climate control rules including the end of fossil fuel and cutting down people’s carbon footprint, they all own part of Wheel’s Up, a company that leases jets to those who can afford it.
