It’s Movie Review Friday and these three are opening today. First, Alone. Imagine a widow woman kidnapped by the most blood thirsty killer since Silence of the Lambs. She’s taken to a remote cabin where she escapes and the killer wont quit until he tracks her down. Terrifying and survival at its highest test, great thriller (Rated R) – (3 Stars).
Next is The Nest starring Jude Law and Carrie Coon. This is about a family that moves into an English Manor that is scary enough but not as scary as the sick twisted mind of the dad who terrorizes his family with mind games. Alarming and disturbing (Rated R) – (3 Stars).
And, The Way I See It, is a documentary with a political slant of White House photographer, Pete Souza. You don’t have to agree with his political views, but his photos and stories are (4 Stars).
Movie News: All studios have agreed to hold releases of big budgeted movies until there is a Coronavirus vaccine. … Mel Gibson is an idiot. He blames all his flops on his agent he fired, William Morris, then fired Creative Arts, and now with Agency of the Performing Arts. Hey Mel, you make the decision what movies you make, take some responsibility. F.Y.I. I don’t feel sorry for Mel, he made $455 million for The Passion of the Christ.
