Movie Review: Jonah Hill wrote and directed, Mid90s, a funny, clever, warm, insightful story of a 13-year-old named Steve who’s new to L.A. in 1995. Steve finds a whole new family his own age at a skate board shop that is a lot better than his difunctional real family. I went in, not expecting much, came out wanting to see it again. It’s interesting what it was like to be a kid back then, it’s complicated and fascinating. (3 Stars).

Prediction: The terrorist who’s been sending phony bombs will be arrested, in jail or dead before we talk on Monday. Thank God he’s so stupid he didn’t include a detonator, mis-spelled every address, not one of the devices could have even exploded. But what a horrible hoax, if he’s not dead, I’m hoping he gets life.
