Next, Dark Water, and this is another fabulous true story. Mark Ruffalo plays a big time Corporate defense attorney who represents huge chemical conglomerates. When he surprises his grandmother with a visit to her very small town, he discovers cattle are dying by the hundreds, and a lot people are getting seriously ill. Turns out DuPont had been dumping cancerous and poisonous chemicals in their drinking water for years. Mark faces incredible backlash, but he does the right thing, and confronts DuPont and here comes government cover-up, death threats and A lot more. Anne Hathaway and Tim Burton also star in this thriller. (PG-13) – (2 Hours) – (3 Stars).
