Welcome to Friday, I’m on the road today, headed from St. Louis to Dallas to see the Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul fight in at Dallas Cowboy stadium. If this actually happens I predict Tyson will get beat worse than the Cowboys who have been spanked their last four games. It won’t be pretty folks.
It’s Movie Review Friday, and the big movie opening today is Red One. I hope you are sitting down. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, a confused Lucy Liu, a over acting Chris Evans, a talking, man-eating bear, and very evil snowmen who melt on barbecues! This could be the worst Christmas movie ever made. Beyond horrible, the writing, the acting, even the premise is ridiculous, absurd and should be avoided at all cost! J.K. Simmons who’s one of my favorite’s is Santa and is kidnapped, by who knows why? (Rated PG) – (2 Hours) – (1.5 Stars). … Don’t do this too often, but a couple streaming options. New on Netflix, Return of the King: The Fall and Rise of Elvis Presley. In limited release, Elton John: Never Too Late. This great documentary tracks Elton partying and a good portion of his last concert at Dodger Stadium. And on Hulu, debuting today, Night Before Christmas. This is an animated film that is just for kids. This is a B movie, that is quiet of goofy and again just for kids.
As I mentioned, tonight the Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul fight in Dallas. And again, it’s on Netflix and I predict that the pre-fight report and the post fight report will last longer than the actual fight itself. Should be interesting to see how long this thing lasts and how many people will watch. My suggestion, if you like Tyson, get ready to cover your eyes.
I’m out of here, off the road and back in studio Monday. Have a great weekend!
