Love Nuggets: I’m sure Kim Kardashian loves her kids, but not enough to go to Disneyland as planned this weekend. Turns out Nine year old North can be demanding and stubborn, and her sister, 6 year old Saint, is loud and has been known for tantrums, and 4 year old Psalm can be fussy. Add that all up, and Kim has decided to cancel the trip to Disneyland. … Since Amber Heard’s acting gigs have dried up, she has decided to write a tell all book about her life with Johnny Depp, entitled, “The Good, The Bad and The Truth.” Right! … Despite the miscarriage, Britney Spears says she and her husband are trying to get pregnant every chance they can and she wants three more children! … And speaking of kids, 83 year old Alberto Cormilot just become a father of a baby boy with his 35 year old wife. Alberto says he’s in great health and looks forward to seeing his boy go to school, play Little League, but realizes he’ll be 101 when he graduates High School. And yes, Hulu already wants to do a long term series, for as long as it lasts anyway.
Movie Review Friday: I told you all you needed to know about Elvis yesterday. Today, It’s The Black Phone. A great horror movie about a 13 year old boy that is kidnapped by a child killer and held in a sound proof dungeon. The big twist, he finds a disconnected phone that rings from previous victims. Unique and very unnerving! Ethan Hawke is the bad guy, and Mason Thames is terrific as the kidnapped boy. Interesting, Joe Hill wrote the book from which the movie was made is actually the son of Stephan King, and it shows, dark, scary and creative (Rated R) – (99 Minutes) – (3 Stars).
Want to stay home? Well I have a bunch of TV Shows I strongly recommend for binging! Hulu’s The Bear and Jeff Bridges in The Old Man, and on Prime, Night Sky and As We See It. Four very different shows but all great!
