Movie Review Friday and How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World is the best of the trilogy! Visually fabulous, emotionally tear jerking, the story telling is immaculate and the animation is award winning. The all happy world of Berk is turned upside down and there’s a new lady dragon named Light Fury adding another delightful dimension. Great voices supplied by America Ferrera and Cate Blanchett. Take the kids (PG) – (110 Minutes) – (4 Stars). … The faith based film Produced by Tim Tebow, Run the Race, is about family, brothers, football, heartbreak and again, faith. Fabulous movie, loved it (4 Stars). … And, Fighting with My Family opens everywhere today and I gave it (3 ½ Stars).
Well it’s Oscar time and my Fearless Forecast Pick 6. This is a tough year, I don’t even agree with all the nominations. But here you go.
Best Supporting Actor – Mahershala Ali will win for Green Book.
Best Supporting Actress – Amy Adams will win for Vice.
Best Actor – Rami Malek will win for for Rhapsody.
Best Actress – Melissa McCarthy should win for, Can You Ever Forgive me. However, Glenn Close will win for The Wife.
Best Director – Unfortunately Alfonso Cuaron will win for Roma.
Best Picture – Green Book should win however, sadly, Roma will probably win.
I’m sorry, to me Roma was a run of the mill, dull TV movie.
