Movie Review: Violent Night may not be for everybody, certainly not for kids, but I loved every minute of it. A God fearing, Santa loving filthy rich family awaits Santa on Christmas Eve but instead a gang of thugs arrives to kill them and rob them of their $300 million. But wait, Santa does arrive and let the blood flow as Santa beats, stabs, blows up and kills those thugs in the most violent ways possible. Santa is one bad ass. This is a holiday bloody, action, comedy. (Rated R) – (110 Minutes) – (3 Stars). … Comment, that Oscar’s slap is obviously hurting Will Smith’s movie reviews, that’s sad. I liked it but most other critics don’t.
Lots of notable TV Sports this weekend, starting with tomorrow’s USA versus Netherlands World Cup game and several college Championship games. And the NFL Sunday.
Odds and Ends: On a TV show yesterday, Kanye West swore he loves Hitler, he praises the Nazi’s and all that Jews are devils! Kanye has lost his mind. And Kim doesn’t want their children around him and will go to court to request a restraining order. … King Charles arranged for Prince William and Kate to represent him on an official seven day trip to America this week. So what did Harry and Meghan do yesterday, they moved up their release of their documentary and called a press conference just to hurt William and Kate’s trip. If there was anybody in England that did like Harry and Meghan, there aren’t any now. People there are furious. … I wonder how many people are listening that are stuck in traffic? Yesterday I told you about the most beautiful highway. Today, the worse traffic jam everyday, it is Los Angeles’s 405 Freeway between the 10 Freeway and Mulholland Drive, 2 miles, 42 minutes. … I do have some good news about L.A., if you are ever there, there are two great museums, Armand Hammer’s museum it has everything from Picassos to Hollywood stuff. And the other is the Gene Autry museum of the American West and the Southwest Museum of the American Indian!
