Two 4 Star Movie Reviews: This movie could not be more different than the other 4 Star film. Are You There God, It’s Me, Margret. I have three grown daughters and wish this movie was around when they were 13. I love this movie! Adolescences, family struggles and real life facing a 13 year old girl takes us into her different world. There are plenty of laughs and tears. When our girl is uprooted from her home in New York City to a New Jersey suburbs, she finds new friends, experiences puberty and missing the advise of her beloved grandmother. Stars Rachel McAdams, Kathy Bates and Oscar worthy 13 year old Abby Ryder Fortson (Rated PG-13) and (4 Stars).

And 4 Stars for, Sisu, a very violent World War 2 movie where a gold minor is chased by Nazi’s and this one man killing Nazi machine, can not be stopped while using some of his most unique methods. Loved Inglorious Bastards, this is better! (Rated R) – (90 Minutes) – (4 Stars).

Finally, Big George Foreman, a biopic with Kris Davis as George. From growing up in the ghettos of Marshall, Texas, to his first fight, his championship, finding God after the Ali fight, his ministry, his return to boxing to his biggest win, the George Foreman Grill. Look, I’ve known George for decades and while I love the film, I don’t think there will be much box office interest, but I give it (3 Stars).

Each day this week, I’ve been sharing the five most superstitious celebrities. And today #1, Taylor Swift, who superstition is the number 13, but in a good way and tries to associate with the number 13 when ever possible. Taylor says, she was born on the 13th, turned 13 on Friday the 13th, her first album went gold in 13 weeks, her first hit single had a 13 second intro, and that every time she’s won an award, she was either been seated in seat 13, in the 13th row, the 13th section or in row M, which is the 13th letter. There you go.
