Movie Review Friday: I have been raving about Isle of Dogs for months, and finally it is out everywhere (4 Stars). The best, see it. … But wait, there’s another 4 Star movie opening today, also an animated film and it’s a true story, also about a dog. Sgt. Stubby was a real dog in WWI that became a true hero and was actually promoted to Sergeant. A Dog, for bravery and saving lives. This is a great movie for kids and adults. Fun, entertaining, educational. A triple threat winner for everybody. Sgt. Stubby.( PG) – (85 Minutes) – (4 Stars). … Also opening today, Beirut with Jon Hamm. TV News: It’s odd that with News broadcasts ratings down, the Fox Network in DC, Detroit, Phoenix, Atlanta, Houston, Charlotte, Houston and New York are adding a new nightly newscast. Are they expecting some big stories. … Don’t forget the great Elvis Presley documentary on HBO tomorrow night. Among a lot of things you’ll learn about Elvis through exclusive an interview with Priscilla. Elvis was a religious nut. Had his own Pastor who came to him several times a week and read the Bible every day. Never cussed, Prayer warrior.
