Just a touch and go on the fire today. More and more stars are donating to the Fire Fund and that includes Beyonce who has given $2.5 million. Yesterday I pointed out Disney, who I hate and is worth $196 billion put out a press release to get a lot of publicity and donated a measly $15 million! Yesterday Netflix, who I actually like till now, took a big bow in announcing they have donated $15 million. For the record, Netflix is worth $296,385,000! Yo Netflix, sure you can afford it? And was it really necessary to put out a press release? On a personal nugget, I have had 7 friends evacuated and one friend has lost her home. My heart goes out to Nikki Sweet, who worked with me at KROQ in Los Angeles. Can you believe 9 people have been arrested for looting while dressed as policemen?

Sports Shorts: NFL viewership was actually down 2.2% in 2024, reason is some games were on Amazon and Netflix, and not everybody has those platforms. But the NFL doesn’t care, they’re making more money by selling rights to some games to subscription TV. … And some scoopage Polls and quiet surveys are showing football fans don’t particularly like Tom Brady as a color TV announcer. And if he doesn’t shine when he does the Super Bowl, it’s bye bye, so long, farewell Tom Brady.
