We start with two movies opening today. Up first, Gladiator 2! It’s a fun, exciting movie, but you’ll probably say, haven’t I seen this before? It’s like seeing an old friend. Along with all the blood and guts are surprises and lots of revenge to go around! Sprinkled in is some humor with the hard core violence! When you leave the theater guarantee you’ll say, that was pretty good, but, not as good as the original in 2000. Ridley Scott directs. Paul Mescal, Denzel Washington and Connie Nielsen star (Rated R) – (2.5 Hours) – (2.5 Stars). … That brings us to Wicked! I saw Wicked years ago on Broadway and it was really good! The movie opening today is better. Fabulous, amazing, incredible and a lot of fun! Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Jeff Goldbloom and the special effects will take you on an adventure and an escape from reality! You’ll be gone for 2 hours and 40 great minutes, enjoy! ( Rated PG) – (4 Stars).
Hey, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi don’t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya! At least they did what they said they would do. Trump won and they left the country. Ellen is one of the meanest, most two faced, rude celebrities ever. Some of her former staff are still trying to sue her! I say good riddance!
TV News: Told you the new mini-series, Land Man on Paramount+ was great. And now one of the stars, Billy Bob Thornton, predicts it will have a long, long run! Land Man was the also biggest opening on Paramount+ in the past two years.
