Friday Movie Review: Eddie The Flying Eagle is the true story about a nerd who dreamed of being a skier on the 1988 Olympic team, representing England. Unfortunately England didn’t have a skiing team, and Eddie has never skied. This is a heart warming, funny film that everybody should love. Take the kids too. (Rated PG-13) – (105 Minutes) – (3 ½ Stars)
My Picks for the Big 6, Best Supporting actress, Alicia Vikander in Danish Girl, Supporting Actor, Sylvester Stallone in Creed, Best Actress, Brie Larson in Room, Best Actor, Leonardo DiCaprio in Revenant, and Best Director, Alejandro for Revenant and best Picture Revenant, but Big Short could sneak in. Usually I do really good on Oscar predictions but don’t feel comfortable this time. And, I’ll be all over the Oscars from the carpet to the parties on Monday
