Best Supporting Actor is the toughest pick/ between Christopher Waltz from Django, and Tommy Lee Jones for Lincoln. Philip Seymour Hoffman for The Master and the sentimental favorite Robert DeNero. I pick Tommy Lee Jones. Best Actress, Jennifer Lawrence– Silver Linings Playbook – Best Actor DDL, Lincoln. Best Director – Steven Spielberg for Lincoln, Best Picture – ARGO. If I am right, very weird – 4 different pictures win in the 6 biggest categories.
Winning the Oscar for Best Picture means $200 million to the studio so it’s a big deal.
Comment. Don’t know why a lot of people are complaining some of the facts in Lincoln, Argo and Zero Dark Thirty are not accurate. Hello, they’re movies.
TV News: When Robin Roberts made her triumphant return to GMA this week after a 6 month illness she got a surprise when Barack and Michelle made an appearance, and they gave a shot in the arm to GMA and a blow to the Today show when Barack said,
