Lindsay Lohan’s New York attorney who hasn’t even been approved by California courts filed paperwork that Lindsay won’t be in court because she’s too sick to travel from New York, claiming the flu! The attorney provided a letter from a doctor who says he examined Lindsay on Saturday. Problem is Lindsay was photographed shopping all day Saturday, partying till 3am Sunday morning and having dinner Sunday night, drinking, laughing, smoking. Obviously lindsay’s lying. Judge could issue an arrest warrant this morning, stand by.

Over the past 20 years Stallone has paid Tori Ann Filiti over 20 million dollars, and this final chapter will grant her another $7 million to make it go away forever. What kind of horrible abuse has Stallone been willing to pay that much for and keep hidden all these years? Very odd.
