TV Review – On Sunday night the beginning of a 4 hours mini-series on NBC is the classic remake of Rosemary’s Baby. Unfortunately, there is nothing classic about this corny and disjointed remake. The cast is strong with the hot pocket, Zoe Saldana, from Avatar. It just don’t pack the gear – 1 ½ STARS.
Couple TV notes – The Kartrashian’s plan to shoot their horrendous reality show this summer in the Hamptons but the locals are blocking every request for shooting permits – even a petition demanding they not be allowed to shoot at all. FOX wanted to cancel American Idol, but the network didn’t have enough programming to cover all the empty time.
Odds and ends – At the Hollywood fundraiser Wednesday night, Obama spent most of his free time talking with Judge Judy and Liam Neeson. DID you know that Justin Timberlake and Michael Jackson were the best of friends, talked often discussing their music career decisions? Disney profits are up a whopping 27% just on the success of the movie Frozen, it’s box office, music and merchandise. That was the more conservative Lindsay Lohan in England, working out a stripper pole at 3 AM Tuesday night. Want to be an NFL Cheerleader? Well, NY Jet Cheerleaders are suing the Jets because they only make $3.77 an hour.
