Next, Going In Style. The five leads of Morgan Freeman, Ann Margret, Alan Arkin, Michael Caine and Christopher Lloyd have a total of 272 years of show biz, business. It’s a goofy, silly, somewhat funny film (Rated PG-13) — (98 Minutes0 — (2 ½ Stars).
Book Review: Captain Fantastic is a fantastic biography of Elton John. I loved the story Elton tells the first and only time he met Elvis. It was June 1976, Elton had two Top 10 hits, Philadelphia Freedom and The Bitch is Back. When he took his Mom to see Elvis in concert in Washington DC. John says, “It was sad, The King was right in front of me, but he had left the building. He was out of it. His eyes kept rolling to the back of his head, he just mumbled. When we walked away, my Mom said he’ll be dead within a year. He was.” Captain Fantastic is must read (4 Stars).
