Movie Reviews: Both opening today, first Peanuts the Movie, It’s been 65 years since Peanuts debuted in American newspapers. This film is a delight for parents as well as the kids. Charley Brown tries to change his image and win the heart of a new neighborhood girl, but it’s not going to be easy. By the way, what up with Black Lives matter saying Charley Brown should have a black girlfriend? (Rated G) – (93 Minutes) – (3 Stars) … Next, Spectre, the latest James Bond, on Steroids with a little over kill, and some old Bond classic scenes replayed. It starts strong but pushes too hard, not great but a very solid Bond film none the less. (PG-13) – (but way too long 2 ½ Hours) – (3 Stars)
Bet you haven’t heard this, six days before cop hater Quentin Tarantino blasted the police at an anti-police rally, Quentin called 911 in Los Angeles, scared that there was a prowler in his backyard. Cops got there in 4 minutes.
Suggested TV Viewing: Donald Trump will host SNL on Saturday, and guarantee it will be one of the biggest ratings in years and I’ve been told it is hilarious.
