Movie Reviews: Hot Pursuit stars the hot Sofia Vergara as the widow of a drug king, being taken to testify, by the hot Reese Witherspoon, all while chased by the mafia and dirty cops. Just watching the 2 of them is good enough for me. (PG – 13) – (87 Minutes) – (2 ½ Stars) Next, Maggie, stars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Abigail Breslin about a deadly zombie virus sweeping the nation and a dad who pulls out all stops to save his daughter. Sometimes you find yourself pulling for the zombie virus, but not bad. (PG – 13) – (95 Minutes) – (2 ½ Stars) Then there is The D Train, Jack Black’s new movie that is hard to even sit through. Pitiful. (Rated R) – (107 Minutes) – (1 ½ Stars)
Odds and Ends: Floyd Mayweather’s baby momma of his 3 children is about to write a “tell all” book about the champ, or should I call him the chump? The book will go into detail what a bad father Mayweather is, that Mayweather is a serial cheater, how Mayweather’s been arrested multiple times for beating her, how Mayweather paid for special treatment while in jail, stories of Maywaether’s drug addictions, Mayweather’s acts of unbridled violence and on and on. On second thought forget calling Mayweather the Champ, he’s a chump.
