Excuse me but isn’t that ridiculous? That would just put a lot more people in already crammed jails while increasing the chances of the spreading the disease. Answer – In 1973 Johnny Carson on the Tonight show made a big deal (as a joke) that a strike had shut down all the toilet paper companies, and there would be no more toilet paper for months, and there was a run on toilet paper the next day.
