Legal Notes: Jury selection for Lori Loughlin is September 28th, and while last week Lori’s attorneys said they have texts proving the $500,000 she paid was just a donation, the judge disagreed saying it was more like conspiracy to commit fraud, money laundry and bribery. The Judge said the $500,000 was in return for her daughter’s college enrollment. In other words, this is a quid pro quo.
