Unbelievable Story And Movie Reviews

This week’s Pop Quiz theme, who’s older. Today, is it Dr. Phil, Sting, Bruce Springsteen or Bill Murray?

Unbelievable Story: It’s not an isolated incident, now several cases of veterinarians sewing cocaine in dogs stomachs and then bringing the dogs into the United States. Some of these scum bags are bringing in 20 dogs with 6 pounds of Rx’s in each dog.

Movie Review Friday: The best movie of the weekend, the week, the month and the year is Tully. It’s hilarious, heart warming, sincere and fresh. A straight up great film. Charlize Theron is beyond brilliant as a totally exhausted woman with 3 young children, including a new born. Unless you’ve been there, you can’t imagine how hard that is. Her brother realizes how tough it is and gifts her a night nurse who comes every night to give her a break so she can be normal for at least a few hours. The night nurse is also played brilliantly by MacKenzie Davis. This movie is written by Diablo Cody, who gave us Juno and who listens to me everyday on The Fox, my Denver affiliate. (Rated R) – (94 Minutes) – (4 Stars).

Next, Bad Samaritan. And here we go again, most critics hated it, I loved it! The story of a couple valet’s at a high end restaurant who steal the cars they park, just long enough to go to their house and rob them while they are eating their dinners. However, one valet is shocked while going through a house and finds a kidnapped girl being held as a sex slave. What does he do, nothing, at first, but then goes to the cops and tries to explain. But now, the kidnapper also realizes what the valet has done and what the valet has seen, and it’s game on. (Rated R) – (104 Minutes) – (3 Stars).

Answer – Sting is 67, Dr. Phil 67, Bill Murray 67, but the Boss Bruce Springsteen is 68.
