Pop Quiz: Which TV outlet has the most shows that warn of nudity, Netflix, Showtime, HBO or Amazon?
Movie Reviews: Woody Allen has a new movie opening today, and for me, it’s one of his best. Cafe Society starring Jessie Eisenberg from Bronx NY who moves to Hollywood and falls in love then returns to NY as a new man, who hangs with stars, gangsters, politicians and high society, and everybody has a story, an angle and their own agenda. Blake Lively, Steve Carell, Kristen Stewart and Parker Posey also star (Rated PG13) – (85 Minutes) – (3 ½ Stars).
Next, a lot of critics hate Ghostbusters with Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Chris Hemsworth, however, the effects, story and acting were funny enough for me. Laughed out loud. (Rated PG13) – (1 Hour 45 Minutes) – (3 Stars).
I predict huge B.O. for, “Brad’s Status” starring Brad Pitt and Ben Stiller. Brad plays a happy suburbia family man but insanely jealous of his college buddies and their more successful lives. Best Pitt movie in years. Out 2018.
Funny story, yesterday I was playing golf with my best friend and the most liberal guy I know, first hole he shanks his T-shot into the water, and he reaches into his pocket grabs a ball and re-T’s, I say, “you are hitting 3.” He say’s, “No, that didn’t count! It’s the Hillary rule,” said he didn’t intend to hit the ball in the water so no penalty. Unlike Hillary he took a penalty and I won $12.
