Odds and ends – Fiona Carnarvan, better known as Lady Catherine, is the real owner of Downton Abbey. She has written a book about the castle’s history, as well as, the scoop on the current Downton. FYI, there are 268 rooms. Other than the TV show, they make most of their money via tours and weddings. They shoot the TV Show from February to July. There is only one TV in the castle, no elevator, and no air conditioner.
The very first money Jimmy Fallon ever made in show business was when he was only 16; he won $100 at a talent show doing impressions in Poughkeepsie, New York. The Jackson brothers are at it again, trying to make money of Michael’s name. Now, they’re pitching some Vegas investors to build an exact replica of Neverland on the strip. Tito, Jermaine, Jackie and Marlon should just go out and get a job. Atlanta cops will be watching Justin Bieber very closely now that he has moved there. Different from California, when caught smoking marijuana in Atlanta it’s automatic jail. The Lakers are SO bad, Jack Nicholson doesn’t even go anymore. I thought LA’s ABC affiliate with their, Exclusive Live 7000 Mega Doppler Weather, was ridiculous because there is no weather, but they’ve been out done by the Honolulu. Their CBS affiliate promotes Exclusive Severe Weather Team. I watched, and they lead the news with “We’re looking at extreme heat – 80 degrees tomorrow but it will feel like 84!”
Funniest quote of the week – Lady Gaga who hates the paparazzi as much as any celebrity said, “The paparazzi would photograph my poop if they could”.
