There was a lot made this week of golfer Phil Mickelson moving out of California to avoid high state taxes, well that’s not new! Some celebrities who moved out of California for that same reason include, Meryl Streep, Justin Timberlake, 50 Cent, Daniel Day Lewis, Ronnie Howard, Matthew McConaughey and many others.
Odds and Ends: Friends are worried about Billy Joel who has been sober for 3 years but has been seen drinking in Miami the past week or so. … Can’t make this up, get ready for a Honey Boo Boo toddler cloths line. … There’s been a lot of talk of Britney Spears getting a Celine Dion type of deal in Las Vegas. Now, all of a sudden those deals have cooled off considerably. … Michael Douglas’s son, Cameron is doing 10 years for Drug Trafficking and has been busted again. In prison he tested positive for meth and coke, add 2 more years.
