Report for Tuesday, Sept 27th

Yesterday there were two stories marked urgent that passed the wire. The first one was the New Mexico District Attorney has asked for additional funds that will be used to charge Alec Baldwin with felony crimes stemming from the shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. But I told you that was going to happen two months ago. The second story was confirmation that the marital problems between Tom and Giselle had nothing to do with Tom not retiring. But again, I told you that last month.

And now another prediction, Brett Favre will be charged with multiple crimes including miss-use of public funds, embezzlement and wire fraud and Favre will most likely go to jail. Believe me, this Brett Favre story is going to get very ugly.

Movie News: Anthony Hopkins and Helena Bonham Carter have just started shooting the movie, One Life. It’s the true story in which Hopkins plays Sir Nicholas Winton who saved 669 Jewish children from the Nazis in 1938 and 1939. This will a be great movie.

TV News: One Life to Live has held the record for the longest running daytime show, an amazing 57 years, but it’s been canceled. 57 years, that’s one hell of a run. … Could there be a worse show than The Bachelorette, I don’t think so.

Odds and Ends: Sad, but Britney Spears just keeps getting more bizarre. Sunday on her Instagram she went off with a vulgar filled rant, even talking about violence. Guarantee, this is not going to end well and now she’s not seeing her therapist and is off her meds. … Rumor is a civil suit may be in the works accusing Adam Levine of sexual harassment. … Tom Cruise has moved to London, I say don’t let the door hit ya where the lord split ya. … Wynonna Judd is speaking out about her mother’s suicide, saying more than sad or hurt, she is incredibly angry that that her mom was so selfish to commit suicide. While that may sound odd, a personal note I feel the same way about my own mom and dad, who both committed suicide. It’s a feeling of desertion.
