Timely Stuff: The FBI, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agencies have completed their investigation of the Alec Baldwin, Rust movie shooting and both reports says that the gun that killed Halyna Hutchins did not miss-fire, Alec Baldwin pulled the trigger. And New Mexico State authorities came to the same conclusion. Charges are coming and could include, involuntary manslaughter, felony reckless disregard of others or criminal negligence. According to the charge or charges Alec could get probation or as much as 28 years. My prediction, he get’s some time, maybe 12-18 months.
R. Kelly will be back in court today facing charges from a case originally brought 14 years ago. R. Kelly is charged with raping a 14 year old girl and then urinating on her. Kelly is accused of paying off the minor’s parents 14 years ago to make it go away. Now the girl is an adult and is willing to testify and Kelly is looking at 40 more years in jail.
