Movie Review Friday: We start with, Fall. Grace Caroline Curry and Virginia Gardner star in this movie you will never forget especially is you are afraid of heights. For me, this movie is a lot more scary than any horror movie I’ve seen. After her boyfriend falls to his death while rock climbing with his girlfriend, she retires from climbing until a year later when her girlfriend, insists she climb again with her and climb a 200 story radio tower in the middle of nowhere. And sure enough something goes terribly wrong. Talk about scary, you can’t help turning your head away from the screen, it’s terrifying. (Rated PG-13) – (1 Hour 47 Minutes) – (3 Stars).
And there’s been a lot of talk about the movie, Prey, on Hulu. Set in the 1700’s about a Native American girl who wants to be a hunter despite her young age. But while hunting deer and bears, she comes across a monster that is often invisible. A lot of people like it. For me, sorry, slow, goofy and too long (1 Star).
