The slap heard around the world just wont go away and these are my final comments. A lot of celebrities wanting to add their two cents worth, despite having no more insight than anybody else, P-Diddy and Whoopi Goldberg called Will actions understandable and let’s not forget that clown Tiffany Haddish, who called Will Smith her hero?! Jim Carrey says Will Smith should have been thrown out of the building immediately! Surprisingly, I did like Alec Baldwin’s comment, “Sad that Will’s ego turned the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science’s biggest night, into the Jerry Springer show. By the way, last month on a national TV show Jada was asked about her Alopecia and the decision to shave her head, and she said, it was hard at first but loved her look. And hot scoopage, I heard right after it happened backstage when Chris Rock was told Jada had Alopecia, Chris asked if that was a speech disorder, had no idea what it was. Personal thought. If a guy who got up, stormed the stage and hit a guy was 18 or 19 years old, maybe you could say he’s immature, but Will Smith is 53 and should know better.
And bear with me, four final Oscar comments that I thought odd. First during the always sad memoriam, they played Spirit in the Sky. I don’t know just an odd choice to me. More odd, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of maybe the greatest movie ever made, the Godfather, The person who made the big introduction was P-Diddy?! Sean Penn said he would smelt his Oscar if Ukrainian President Zelensky wasn’t allowed to speak via satellite at the Oscars. Well Sean we’re waiting. I’ll keep you posted. And a huge congratulations to Chris Rock and the way he handled the whole thing.
TV News: Look for huge ratings this weekend for the final four march madness and then even bigger ratings for the masters’s golf tournament the next weekend. … And I haven’t watched American Idol for 2 years, started watching it this year and it’s good!
