Welcome to Christmas Eve and Merry Christmas!
This will be the last time I talk to you until next year. And next year we may hear that Britney Spears is having a baby. Britney is telling her friends she wants to have a baby and is currently trying to get pregnant in 2022. But Britney will also be in court in 2022.
Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” is huge. But Mariah whines about how horrible life is, but won’t help or even talk to her own mom. Both of Mariah’s sisters have sued her for things she wrote about them and her brother won’t talk to her either! Her team can’t stand her. She’s a mean, hateful, narcissistic jerk. Sorry, just saying.
Movie Review Friday: We start off with Licorice Pizza, with Alana Haim, Sean Penn, Bradley Cooper and Tom Waits. This is a creative, fun filled story about coming of age. A hilarious tale about growing up in the San Fernando Valley in the 1970s with innocents and the glitter of Hollywood. There’s never a dull moment, it’s beautiful story with a fabulous soundtrack. Full of surprises and lots of laughs (Rated R) – (4 Stars).
Next, The King’s Man, with Ralph Fiennes, who I have to admit, not my favorite actor and this movie isn’t my favorite movie either. It’s a comedy where the punchlines are few, but the situations are amusing. About a duo that’s out to change the world by traveling through time to stop some of the world’s biggest tyrants in history from destroying the world. Fiennes stars along with Harris Dickinson who are solid, a little goofy, but entertaining (Rated R) – (2 Hours) – (2 Stars).
Sing 2, is an animated kids movie follow-up with Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johansson, and Reese Witherspoon supplying some of the voices. The story is one dimensional, a little weak but after all it is a kids movie. The animation jumps off the screen and the music is a hit and while adults might be checking their watches, little kids will love it! (Rated G) – (94 Minutes) – (2 ½ Stars).
