Love Nuggets: Hollywood hasn’t always been open to gays. Anne Heche says that her career was thriving when she started dating Ellen DeGeneres back in 1996. When they came out in 1997, her career came to a screeching halt. They dated from 1996-2000. F.Y.I. Anne will star in a movie called, “13 Minutes” on Netflix Friday. A really good movie about 4 families and the chaos of 13 minutes they have to take cover from a tornado.
There will be a press conference today from officials on the Alec Baldwin shooting. The Armorer, Prop Master and Alec are all in legal jeopardy! No charges today but there will definitely be multiple charges! If I was going to guess, I would say all three could face Involuntary Manslaughter and or unreasonable conduct resulting in a death.
Book News: Katie Couric’s hateful book, Going There, released yesterday and surprisingly she went easy on Bryant Gumbel, who she co-hosted the Today show with for over a decade. I can tell you Bryant didn’t like Katie. Bryant and I were on the same media baseball team against the Hollywood Stars for several years.
