Welcome to Labor Day Weekend and two movie reviews today. First the bad, The Gateway, is called a crime thriller about a social worker who wants to fight for and protect a client from a drug addict, violent husband. The biggest crime is they made this horrible movie. If you like wife beating, mental torture and bad acting. This is it (1 Star).
Now some good news, Shang-Chi and the Legends of the Ten Rings opens today. Generations of honor and Pride, good versus evil and past meets future. Great effects, writing and acting, this is a great movie! Disney and Marvel deliver the first Asian super hero. Mythology meets reality. (2 Hours) – (3 ½ Stars).
TV News: Ellen DeGeneres final season will kick off a week from Monday and her guest will be her best friends, Jennifer Aniston, Kim Kardashian and Jessica Biel.

Also used Sonny and Cher but, it was Joey Paige who introduced me to the Rolling Stones and the Everly Brothers.
