Report for Tuesday, Nov 3rd

Election Day! Well it’s finally here and I’m shocked thousands of businesses have been boarded up for fear of rioting! Really has it come to that? That’s Just shameful! As for the election, all I can say is no matter who wins, I pray for them, America and all of us. To me we still live in the best country in the world.

Meanwhile, my job is the toy department of human affairs. So we start with TV News and there are some exciting things on the drawing board. First, the writer of Downton Abbey, Julian Fellowes, is full steam ahead with a new mini-series called, The Gilded Age. Set in N.Y.C. in the 1880’s, 3 season, 12 episode series on HBO.

TV News: Things I Know to Be True, is a series coming to Amazon from Andrew Bovell’s award winning play. It will be produced by and star Nicole Kidman and Adam Sandler may play Nicole’s husband. And let the fun begin.

This is a very bizarre love nugget. N.Y. Governor Cuomo’s 25 year old daughter is dating a highly decorated N.Y. State Trouper but the Governor says he doesn’t want his daughter dating a cop so he had him transferred to the furthest away part of the state, his making it hard for his daughter to date him. Cuomo’s a bad governor, bad dad too.

Odds and Ends: Porn Star Ron Jeremy will be back in court today facing more sexual assault and rape charges. England odds makers have laid a line who gets the most years in prison when all is said and done. Weinsleaz, Ron Jeremy or R. Kelly. Their prediction, #1 R. Kelly, #2 Ron Jeremy and #3 Weinsleaze but all getting over 75 years.
