Report for Wednesday, Sept 2nd

What better way to start out Wednesday with not one, but two 4 star movies both coming to Netflix. First, debuting Thursday, I’m Thinking of Ending Things. It’s the incredibly creepy story of a young girl dating an oddball dude, agrees to meet his parents and spend the weekend at the parents farm. Where do I begin, the boyfriend is weird but the parents are off the chart nuts. It’s a horror movie, a mystery, very odd, sometimes funny, but creepy fits it best. You’ll wonder what you saw when it’s over. This is (4 Stars).

But hold on, the next film is even more bizarre, more disturbing and more better! Ratched, is the prequel to the twisted nurse Ratched we met in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. When nurse Ratched gets her first job at a psychiatric hospital where experiments are taking place that we see through the eyes of those affected, she fits right in with her twisted mind games on patients as well as her co-workers! Folks, It’s sick, it’s twisted, it’s dope, it’s great. Netflix, September 11th (4 Stars).

Jamie Foxx has signed to do a series on Netflix called, “Dad Stop Embarrassing Me.” An idea he’s had for 20 years based on what he says his 26 year old daughter Corinne has said to him at least 1000 times. And there’s a Jamie Foxx and Ed Sheeran connecting story. Ed Sherran who just became a father for the first time to a daughter named, Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran and scoop is Jamie Foxx will be her Godfather.

Very Odd Odds and Ends: According to CNBC, if you believe them, Since January Elon Musk has made $20 million an hour or about $500 million a day. Sounds fake.

Jet Blue and Southwest Airlines pilots reported to A.T. C. at LAX a guy in a Jet Pack flying next to them on final approach. As a baby pilot, I can tell you if that nut got behind one of those jets, the vortex would flip him straight to the ground at 125 MPH. Smash!
