#9 – Friends – when Phoebe hears maybe Rachel is pregnant

#8 – Friends – when announced Rachel was pregnant

#7 – Spin City – When Michael J. Fox announced he had Parkinson’s

#6 – Friends – When Joey proposed to Rachel

#5 – Everybody Loves Raymond – Finale

#4 – Frasier – When Niles tells Daphne he loves her

#3 – Friends – Rachel’s baby is born

#2 – Friends – The episode before the finale (23.9 million)

#1 – Friends finale – (32 million) 

Top College Football Game: Rose Bowl – Texas vs. USC 2006 (24 million) 

Top viewed American Idol (was not a finale) was the first episode of Season 6 (where Jordan Sparks won) (28 million).
